About the company:
Komoder is the leading supplier of massage chairs in Europe
We are looking for a motivated sales assistant for the sales and support of massage chairs to strengthen the organization.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Advising customers in the showroom and on the phone
Lead generation and follow-up
Selling Komoder products to customers
Keeping the customer database up-to-date
Supporting the organization in their daily tasks
Planning deliveries in consultation with the logistics department
Creating invoices to customers
Reporting and following up on any service issues or other issues to the appropriate internal/external contact

Qualifications and Skills:
A customer-oriented mentality
Strong communication and social skills
Administrative skills, numerical insight, among other things for making quotations and analyzing turnover figures
Stress resistance
A flexible attitude and a problem-solving mind
The ability to promote something without being pushy
Affinity with the products or services the company sells
Proactive work attitude
Excellent command of the Deutsch and English language, French is a plus
Convincing, enthusiastic, customer- and result-oriented, flexible and a positive attitude
Proficient with Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Competencies:
Empathy, adaptability, stress resistance.

Requirements:
Experience in and/or affinity with the furniture industry or healthcare wellness products

Salary and working conditions:
Komoder offers a salary in accordance with the applicable collective labor agreement
5-day 40-hour working week in consultation and spread over the week from Monday to Saturday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

How will the recruitment process will be?

The second interview will be with the founder (CEO) of the company on ZOOM

Then, you will have your third discussion on the workstation already opened in Rotterdam
